Our purpose
Our origins
Everton Arantes began his career in Software Quality and founded Prime Control in Curitiba, which today has more than 200 specialists.
Background and education
Born to a family from Ceilândia, in Brazil's Federal District, he first used a computer as a child. By 16 he was already teaching computer classes, and he completed his degree in Information Technology with support from Fies, Brazil's student financing program.
A career in software quality
He started as a Software Quality trainee and moved through technical and leadership roles up to management, in Curitiba. There he saw demand for specialists grow faster than the supply of qualified professionals.
The decision to start a business
He left an established career to start his own company. The first months brought uncertainty, meetings that did not turn into contracts and learning how to sell. The first projects, for Grupo Boticário and GVT, gave the credibility to grow and open the São Paulo operation.
Board and governance
In 2019, he set up a board of experienced executives to professionalize management. In 2024, Prime Control appointed an external CEO.
Today, as CEO
Everton has resumed the role of CEO and is leading a new cycle of growth for the company, with Artificial Intelligence, governance and strategy at its core.
